Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Doodle Toodl. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any other official Doodle Toodl channel. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. About Doodle Toodl

Doodle Toodl creates personalised children’s colouring memory books and related products under the product name Color Me Happy. Each book is custom-created using photos, names, details, messages, and preferences shared by the customer.

2. Custom-Made Product

Every Color Me Happy book is made specially for one child and one order. Because the product is personalised, it cannot be resold or reused for another customer. Therefore, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are limited as described in these Terms.

3. Order Information

When placing an order, you may be required to provide parent/customer name, email address, phone number, shipping address, child’s name or nickname, photos for customisation, gift message if applicable, and order preferences or special instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that all information shared is correct.

4. Photo Upload Responsibility

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right and permission to share these photos with Doodle Toodl; you are the parent/guardian or have consent from the parent/guardian where a child is visible; the photos do not violate anyone’s privacy, rights, or ownership; and the photos are appropriate for a children’s product. Doodle Toodl reserves the right to reject photos that are unclear, inappropriate, sensitive, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for creating a child-friendly colouring book.

5. Photo Quality and Final Output

The final doodle artwork depends on the quality of photos provided. Clear, bright, and well-composed photos produce better results. Blurry, dark, distant, crowded, or low-resolution photos may affect the final output. The final book is an artistic doodle-style interpretation of the photos and may not be an exact replica of the original photo. Facial details, clothing, backgrounds, objects, and expressions may be simplified or adjusted to make the page suitable for colouring.

6. Creative Discretion

Doodle Toodl may crop, simplify, clean, adjust, or remove certain elements from photos to create a better colouring page. This may include removing background clutter, simplifying faces, reducing small details, adjusting layout, or focusing on the main memory. Our aim is to create a clean, joyful, child-friendly colouring experience.

7. Order Timeline

Our usual delivery timeline is 7 to 10 working days after receiving complete order details, payment confirmation, and usable photos. This timeline includes customisation, design preparation, quality check, printing, binding, packing, and delivery. Timelines may vary due to delay in receiving photos/details, poor photo quality requiring clarification, customer response delays, printing delays, courier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, lockdowns, unforeseen circumstances, remote pincodes, or non-serviceable locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

8. Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Shipping details and tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Doodle Toodl is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability.

9. Cancellations

Since every Color Me Happy book is personalised and made specially for one child, no cancellations are allowed once the order is placed. Please check all details, photos, spelling, address, and order information carefully before confirming your order.

10. Changes and Corrections

Please check all names, spellings, messages, shipping address, and order details before submitting. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate corrections if the order has not entered design or print production. Once the book is printed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.

11. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because Color Me Happy books are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, low-quality photos uploaded by the customer, customer not liking the artistic interpretation, minor colour differences due to screen/print variation, or delivery delay caused by courier or incorrect address. A replacement may be considered only if the book arrives damaged, there is a major printing or binding defect, or you receive the wrong order. To raise a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and packaging images. After review, Doodle Toodl will decide whether a replacement, correction, or other resolution is applicable.

12. Digital Products

If a digital product is purchased, you will receive a digital PDF of the book for you to print at your own convenience and colour. Digital products are for personal use only and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, resold, shared publicly, or used commercially.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, doodle styles, page layouts, worksheets, covers, captions, brand elements, templates, and final artwork created by Doodle Toodl remain the intellectual property of Doodle Toodl. Customers receive the final product for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, scan, upload, print commercially, or use the artwork for any business or commercial purpose without written permission from Doodle Toodl.

14. Customer Photos and Marketing Use

Doodle Toodl will not use your child’s photos, book pages, or reactions for marketing without your consent. If you voluntarily tag us, send us a photo/video, or give permission to repost, we may use that content on our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other marketing channels. You may ask us to remove shared content by contacting us.

15. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Doodle Toodl may revise pricing, offers, discounts, packages, or delivery charges at any time. Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed, and usable photos are received. We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking details. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

16. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for schools, birthdays, camps, events, or gifting may have separate pricing, timelines, customisation scope, and payment terms. For bulk orders, design changes, school logo placement, custom messages, worksheets, or deeper customisation may be charged separately.

17. Limitation of Liability

Doodle Toodl will make every reasonable effort to create, print, and deliver your order with care. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, emotional distress, missed gifting dates, courier delays, customer errors, third-party service disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any order will be limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

18. Updates to Terms

Doodle Toodl may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
